Halvilla Pty. Ltd. is a Townsville based construction company which commenced business in 1979 as a partnership trading as RonRen Homes and carried out successful projects ranging from small renovations and cottage construction to industrial and light commercial. From 1981 Halvilla Pty. Ltd. was formed and has been trading as Ron Jones: "The Builder" since that time. The Directors of Halvilla Pty. Ltd. are Ron & Georgette Jones, with Ron the Managing Director and Georgette the Administration Officer.
Our company has the relevant management expertise and technical capacity with efficient cost estimating procedures to successfully complete any project undertaken. We are
involved in a wide range of general construction work, completing projects ranging from small refurbishments to three storey commercial premises. However, it also possesses extensive experience in the construction of residential dwellings. We are the holders of a current QSBA Gold Card licence and the company name has been extended to incorporate a number of subsidiary
businesses all of which are firmly established.
The main objective of this Company is a commitment to respond to the versatile requirements of customers, and a commitment to quality - thus providing satisfied customers, less wastage, enhanced productivity, and improved competitiveness. To ensure we attain these objectives, we have established a Quality Program to provide the
assurance that both materials and workmanship meet or exceed the client expectations. The Company also implements the
necessary precautions for Occupational Health and Safety as per inspectors requirements, and understands, through experience, the
necessity to maintain a high standard in this area.
Accreditation as a Greensmart professional with the H.I.A. in 2002 only formalised this company's commitment to our ongoing efforts of reviewing and
refining the environmental performance of our building practices.
Halvilla's staff are a highly qualified and well-experienced team in the individual fields of varied expertise, and successfully combine to contribute a highly efficient support team for both of the Directors and the clientele. Also, the Directors' excellent understanding of the management of human resources ensure the successful completion of any project on time, on budget and within prescribes standards.
Halvilla Pty. Ltd. has constructed over 900 houses in the Townsville/Thuringowa area including many houses for the Defence Housing Authority.
